Fascinated by the history of Concord? Do you want to know more? Come join the volunteer docents at the Galindo Home. We are currently open the first and third Sunday of each month. Come on by and check us out. All you need is an interest in history and a willingness to share that interest with others. Historical information and training available.
Data Entry Person/Operator
CHS needs a volunteer to perform data entry in Catalogit. We can train you in cataloging historic artifacts into our archive system. Are you a detail person interested in historic items? This is the perfect part-time job for you. One half-day per week to start, but we have many things waiting patiently for entry in our system. Come volunteer with us.
Museum Exhibit Planning and Installation
Do you have a desire to delve into Concord history and share it with others? Are you the creative type with skills and interests in any of the following areas: researching, writing, graphics layout, and handy with tools? If so, consider joining the Museum Committee to plan and install museum exhibits.
Garden Committee
With a love for plants and the knowledge of where they will best grow, come, and join the Garden Committee, as we help to shape the grounds around the Heritage Center. We will layout plans, research plants, purchase them and then plant them. Be a part of a growing committee.
